I'm Ma Richards.  Busy, single Mom to 10 amazing children and 2 handsome grandsons.  I'm a GLOBAL Digital Product & Tech Expert with over 500 positive reviews (click here to read some of them).  I specialize in building digital courses, creating monthly memberships, video editing, podcasting and YouTube.  

I'm obsessed with turning chaos into organized perfection.  I enjoy creating systems, workflows and content that'll help female entrepreneurs expand their audiences, increase their impact and scale their businesses online.  I nerd out on all things tech/systems and I'm blessed because my job is also my hobby!  

A little background...I went from being a Mom at the age of 14 years old to a successful Digital CEO because I took what I knew, packaged it up and sold it to an audience that wanted to "pick my brain".  You'll learn in my monthly Membership that "those people" are called your ICA's and I'm going to show you how to find them and turn them into paying clients.

What I love most about this entire online industry is the accessibility we have to people.  There's over 5 BILLION active users on the internet.  That's a lot of people!  And quite a few of those people are ready to learn what you know.  So let's design and build your online business.  TOGETHER.

A little more about me...I'm a professional learner.  When I'm not working, I'm taking online courses, tuning in to my subscribed memberships, participating in Masterminds, watching YouTube tutorials and reading.  I LOVE learning.  Unfortunately you can never borrow a book from me because they're all full of highlighted remarks and notes.

Various times throughout the week you'll find me at my children's school.  I volunteer as Room Mom at our elementary and middle schools.  Once a week, I spend the entire day at our middle school walking the campus as a Bulldog parent assisting students/teachers.  I volunteer with the various leadership clubs at my daughter's middle school.  I'm a member of our elementary and middle schools PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) and I serve in our High School's Football Booster Club.  Whew!  Thank goodness I own a business because being an involved parent like this would NOT be possible if I still worked a 9 to 5.  The freedom I have is such a blessing!

I want every Mom to experience this.  That's why I'm dedicated to changing the lives of female entrepreneurs all around the world.  Especially Moms.  I want to help as many of you earn 6 and 7 figures as I possibly can WHILE doing what you love to do and spending more time with the people who matter the most...FAMILY 💕.
